You will help meet sales goals, assist in fitting rooms, maintain store standards and participate in replenishment and trainings, with a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar in high-volume environment.
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel.
• Operate the register and work on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service, ensuring there is always a customer first mindset.
• Understands sales objectives and meets/exceeds KPI (SPH, data capture) and uses tools to drive performance.
• Contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with the team.
• Connects customers using the Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educates customers on programs, resources and offerings available.
• Provides customer service in fitting rooms, assisting with sizing and maintaining store standards.
• Maintains store standards, policies, and processes on sales floor and back of house; opening/closing duties.
• Supports operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment (ISOS).
• Participates in trainings on compliance, product, talent development and initiatives.
• Balances tasks while prioritizing the RL experience.
