Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Duchess Team Members for FT and PT roles to create a great customer experience. You will welcome customers, process transactions with modern POS systems, and ensure the store is clean and well-stocked.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, and technology is used to improve service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
