Englefield, Inc. in Thornville is seeking a Duchess Team Member (Cashier) for FT or PT roles. You’ll greet customers, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store while providing friendly service.

You’ll work with modern POS systems, support inventory needs, and promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards. Prior retail or food service is a plus, and you’ll benefit from flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
