Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is seeking friendly cashiers for Duchess Team Member roles. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and keep the store tidy while promoting the Duchess Crown Card Rewards.

Prior retail or food service experience is a plus but not required, and strong comfort with technology is important. Flexible FT & PT shifts are available, with emphasis on accuracy, reliability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
