• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products, and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate and follow safety processes and company policies.
• Process checkouts using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges as needed.
• Open and close registers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Answer phone calls according to guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
