Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in banking or related field.
• Associates degree or equivalent as a baseline credential.
• Background checks and regulatory compliance as required by CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations using a defined sales process including outbound calls and lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow wallet share by educating customers on PNC solutions.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify and solve customer problems.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures and participate in daily branch operations.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer relationships.
