Job summary

PNC's Webster Groves branch in Webster Groves, MO is seeking a Personal Banker to deepen relationships, guide customers toward financial wellbeing, and expand share of wallet through proactive sales and service. You will engage with ecosystem partners, leverage technology, and deliver a differentiated customer experience while adhering to risk and operational controls.

A 3+ year background in banking and an associates or equivalent degree is typical; no degree is required if relevant experience

Qualifications

Associates or equivalent degree typically required.
3+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
In lieu of a degree, relevant experience and certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service.
Drives proactive sales conversations with a defined process including outbound calls and lobby engagement.
Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share through differentiated service and product positioning.
Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and ensuring efficient branch operations.
