Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby traffic using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in accordance with bank policies.
