Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking, including mobile app and online banking usage.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM duties, in line with bank policies.
