Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using tools to check clients into the waiting queue.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options like mobile apps and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank procedures.
