First Neighbor Bank is hiring a Bank Teller to interact with customers daily, perform routine banking transactions, and support community banking goals. You will balance cash, promote e-services, and cross-sell bank products while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates accuracy in cash handling and balancing transactions.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Able to operate bank equipment and scanning/cash counting devices.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions.
• Promote online banking, mobile deposits, e-statements, and bank products.
• Process utility payments, license stickers, and card cash advances.
• Assist customers with inquiries and refer to CSRs as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls appropriately.
