Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is seeking a Customer First Administrator in San Ramon, CA for a 12-month contract. The role supports the Regional Customer First team with lemon law case processing, including letter preparation and document requests.

The position operates 40 hours per week onsite four days in San Ramon, CA, with potential remote Fridays in the future. Candidates should be organized, communicative, and proficient in Word, Excel, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Candidate will gather dealership documents, analyze repair records, and support the Customer First Department.
• Ideal candidates are highly motivated, organized, and work well in a team.
• Strong communication and time management skills are required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Teams is expected.
• 40 hours per week, four days onsite in San Ramon, with potential remote Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute lemon law acknowledgment letters.
• Request repair orders and sales documents from Toyota dealerships.
• Enter repair history and case details into Salesforce and the Guest Experience Platform.
• Route customer cases to regional team members.
• Assemble and organize documents for Toyota HQ and the Legal Department.
• Partner with dealer personnel, district managers, and field technical specialists.
