Jobot seeks a Lemon Law Paralegal to support California lemon law litigation remotely, handling tasks from filing through resolution or trial. You will work with a plaintiff-side law firm known for consumer rights advocacy and strong attorney support.

Responsibilities

• Manage California Lemon Law litigation files from filing through resolution or trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, notices, and legal correspondence
• Prepare and file documents in California State and Federal Courts
• Maintain litigation calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial dates
• Draft and coordinate written discovery, document productions, and subpoenas
• Organize and review vehicle repair histories, warranty documentation, purchase agreements, and service records
• Coordinate depositions, inspections, expert evaluations, and mediations
