Puget Sound Energy is seeking a Customer Field Representative I to be the frontline in serving customers across our service territory. You will travel between sites, resolve account issues, record accurate service data, and uphold energy system integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Washington State driver's license is required.
• 1 year of experience in customer field technician, maintenance, utility construction labor, or warehouse within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-premise customer assistance throughout the PSE service area.
• Gather reads from the meter and discuss past due balances with customers.
• Report potential rate discrepancies and theft/tampering, and handle disconnections/reconnections.
