Job summary

Westside Lexus is seeking a Service Valet Porter to support the dealership's service drive by greeting customers and managing vehicle flow with care and professionalism. You will park and retrieve vehicles, document any damage, assist the Lexus Advisor team, perform quality inspections on loaner cars, and maintain lobby areas.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, and a valid driver's license.

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Prior Customer Service Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the Service Drive.
• Assess customer vehicles and document any vehicle damage before taking possession of the vehicle.
• Responsible for parking vehicles and vehicle retrieval.
• Support the Lexus Advisor team in meeting the needs of the customers.
• Perform quality inspections on loaner cars.
• Perform custodial duties as assigned, such as stocking the lobby with customer beverages.
