Job summary

Westside Lexus in Houston is seeking a Service Valet Porter to support the Lexus Advisor team by delivering superior customer service and handling vehicle parking, inspection, and drive-through duties.

You will greet customers, document any vehicle damage, perform quality checks on loaner cars, and help maintain a clean lobby while working in all weather. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable).
• Ability to greet customers professionally and communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in all weather.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the Service Drive.
• Assess customer vehicles and document any vehicle damage before taking possession of the vehicle.
• Responsible for parking vehicles and vehicle retrieval.

A Service Valet Porter will support the process of satisfying Lexus's customer demands by providing superior customer service.

Essential Job Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

• Greet and welcome customers on the Service Drive
• Assesscustomer vehiclesand document any vehicle damage before taking possession of thevehicle
• Responsible for parking vehicles and vehicle retrieval
• Support the Lexus Advisor team in meeting the needs of the customers
• Perform quality inspections on loaner cars
• Perform custodial duties as assigned, such as stocking the lobby with customer beverages

Must also possess:

• Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers
• Ability to communicate in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Prior Customer Service Experience is a plus

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)

Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable).
