Job summary

New Country Lexus in Latham, NY is seeking a friendly Customer Service Concierge / Valet to greet guests and manage vehicle flow. You will assist with deliveries, keep the lot organized, and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customers.

Your role supports the sales and service teams, requiring a valid US driver’s license, ability to drive manual transmissions, and willingness to travel across nearby states to transport vehicles. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission.
• Willingness to travel across surrounding states to transport vehicles.
• Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
• Care and safety when operating machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units as directed by managers.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom.
• Conduct vehicle washing and vacuum services.
• Assist management with inventory management.
