Job summary

The company is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with customers to build and productionize data & AI solutions using the company platform. You will own the architecture, drive design decisions, and implement end-to-end systems spanning data engineering, AI, and application development.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for builders who thrive at the intersection of technology and business impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in data engineering, data platforms & analytics, or software engineering.
• Proficient in Python, Scala, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Deep experience with distributed computing with Apache Spark and Spark internals.
• Familiar with CI/CD for production deployments.
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI/ML model deployment.
• Ability to design end-to-end data architectures combining pipelines, ML/AI models, and UI.
• Experience delivering technical projects with clear scope and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Production Solution Delivery: lead production-grade systems and reference architectures.
• Transformational Impact: guide customers in end-to-end design, build, and deployment of big data/AI apps.
• Empower Customers: guide architecture and adoption of solutions.
• Own the Architecture: lead secure, scalable design decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, PM, architects, and customer teams to deliver engagements.
• Provide feedback to product and support for rapid issue resolution.
• Customer Immersion: embed with customer teams across roles.
• Contribute reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices.
