Job summary

Holman Enterprises in North Carolina is hiring an Assistant Service Advisor for AutoPark Honda to deliver the Holman experience through friendly service and product knowledge.

You will welcome customers, assess service needs, explain options, coordinate with technicians, and provide admin support. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Holman offers career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work within a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure prompt, courteous and effective service
• Interact with customers via phone or in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services
• Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
• Provide administrative support to Service Advisors
• Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent
• Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor
• Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position
• Ability to work Saturday

Job Duties
