Job summary

Convergint in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Project Manager who drives on-time, on-budget project delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. You will manage scope, schedules and cost, and lead a cross-functional team to execute complex projects.

Responsibilities include translating client needs into detailed plans, coordinating procurement, reporting progress, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Experience in technical environments such as building automation or electronic systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor others and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate projects from award to completion.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and implementation plans.
• Communicate requirements clearly to project teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services within budget.
• Establish milestones and monitor project costs.
