Job summary

Orange Logic, a leader in digital asset management, seeks an Implementation Specialist to drive successful deployments of customized software environments for clients. The role blends technical work with direct client interaction to translate requirements into working workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required with a STEM preference.
• Experience implementing enterprise software.
• Expert knowledge of Digital Asset Management systems is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive problem solving and curiosity about how complex systems work.
• Strong time management to manage several concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into functional workflows.
• Troubleshoot software-related problems in client environments.
• Provide guidance on best practices and workflow improvements.
• Act as a client advocate delivering white-glove service.
• Suggest enhancements to improve user experience for clients.
• Improve implementation processes for speed and efficiency.
• Train clients on general functionality and client-specific customizations.
