Mason is building an enterprise AI platform that turns fragmented data, documents, and knowledge into a company brain used to automate work and reduce errors. The role sits with operators to understand systems, writes production code, and makes architecture decisions to ensure deployments work in real environments.

You will own from first customer conversation to a working product, maintaining customer expectations and guiding tradeoffs while delivering reliable software at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Strong programming and system design fundamentals.
• Clear communication with customers including articulating tradeoffs.
• Depth in backend, data, infrastructure, or applied AI.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business by sitting with operators and executives and map the workflow.
• Build the solution by integrating enterprise systems and messy data.
• Make the system dependable through testing and clear failure tracing.
• Run the deployment and own timelines, updates, and post-launch improvements.
• Turn repeated needs into shared integrations and reusable infrastructure.
