Job summary

Mason is seeking a forward-deployed delivery lead to own AI engagements from discovery to deployment. You will work directly with executives, understand workflows, data, and business impact, and shape practical solutions with engineers.

You’ll manage roadmaps, set expectations, and drive adoption while ensuring outcomes improve customer operations. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-growing AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in forward-deployed delivery or enterprise solutions.

The role

Take an important customer problem and own getting it solved with AI.

You’ll lead the engagement from discovery through deployment and adoption: understanding the business, deciding what to build, earning the customer’s trust, and making sure the result gets used. You’ll bring a technical background to the work: understanding customer systems and data, testing solutions, and partnering with our engineers on production delivery.

We want someone we can put in front of a department head or executive and trust to run the work. Your job is to bring clarity, make good decisions, and follow through.

Mason is accelerating development of the built world with AI. We turn fragmented documents, databases, emails, and operational knowledge into a company brain people and agents can use to automate work and eliminate errors.

We’re growing fast - we have an 8-figure pipeline of projects and are looking for great engineers and builders to join our team.

Our founding team includes a repeat founder who sold his last company to Coinbase, a former tech lead at Meta Superintelligence who co-created Meta AI, and a development director who built $2B+ of projects.

What you’ll own

• Find the valuable problem. Work with executives and operators to understand the workflow, the data, the exceptions, and what an improvement is worth.

• Shape the solution. Define scope, priorities, and success measures. Work with customer data and APIs, and test solutions with engineers to validate assumptions.

• Lead the engagement. Own the roadmap, customer communication, expectations, and decisions that keep delivery moving.

• Get it into use. Partner closely with engineers through implementation and troubleshooting, then lead rollout, training, and adoption. Measure whether the customer’s work actually improves.

• Build what repeats. Turn field lessons into better product decisions, deployment practices, and tools for the next customer.

Who we’re looking for

• 4+ years in forward-deployed delivery, enterprise solutions, technical consulting, or leading enterprise implementations.

• A complex initiative you personally drove to a result with customers and multiple stakeholders.

• Executive presence: you turn difficult requests into workable plans and communicate hard messages without losing trust.

• A technical background and fluency with software systems, APIs, and data. Coding and hands‑on software‑building experience are strongly preferred, but not required.

• Product judgment, fast learning, and responsibility for the outcome.

You may now be a founder, consultant, product manager, solutions engineer, or deployment lead. Bring a strong record of enterprise delivery and a technical foundation.
