raydar seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in San Francisco to own large customer deployments from initial evaluation through rollout and expansion. You will lead engagements with client technical teams and troubleshoot a Python backend and React frontend in live environments.

You will run training sessions, track issues, document them, and relay field learnings to the product roadmap. The role requires 2–6 years in a technical role and an engineering Bachelor’s degree.

Competenze

• 2–6 years in a technical role with customer-facing deployments.
• Proven ability to drive large customer deployments from kickoff to delivery.
• Strong Linux/Unix skills with hands-on container setup and networking.
• Excellent Python skills and rapid learning of large codebases.
• Experience at an AI, defense or hardware startup.
• Engineering bachelor's degree from a top school.

Mansioni

• Lead one or two large customer deployments from evaluation through rollout and expansion.
• Troubleshoot a Python backend and React frontend live with customer engineers across Linux, containers, networking and file systems.
• Run training sessions, track issues, document them, then close the loop once fixes ship.
• Contribute to core product work between customer escalations and pass field learnings to the product roadmap.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites.
