Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC is seeking a capable Program Manager to lead a cross-functional contract manufacturing team through the full product lifecycle for customers in the U.S. You will ensure on-time, quality delivery and manage internal and customer interfaces from NPI through End of Life.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least 3 years in electronics manufacturing, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional internal team to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules.
• Interface with customer and internal teams through all product lifecycle phases.
• Establish customer contract and ensure terms are maintained.
• Monitor key performance metrics to track project status.
• Develop competitive, yet profitable cost models.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve conflicts or product issues.
• Secure capacity and manpower to support product volume.
• Ensure global supply chain functionality and resolve disruptions.
• Oversee ECO and change management processes.
• Lead continuous process improvement teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
