Job summary

ACI Global Business Services is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with the Customer Experience team. You will develop solutions on the core platform using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and related tech, building a Knowledge Graph and integrating DevRev with various SaaS and non-SaaS systems.

You will drive data-driven insights, create proofs-of-concept, and deliver end-to-end solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Expect significant on-site client work and travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python; knowledge of Go is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing: collaborate with the Customer Experience team.
• 70-80% hands-on implementation coding and integration work.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, integrations, and automations connecting DevRev with customer stacks.
• Connect DevRev with SaaS and non-SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and real-time architectures.
• Apply prompt engineering and semantic search techniques to improve agent accuracy.
