True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an engineer to join an AI tooling team for insurance brokerages. This hands-on, customer-facing role blends software development with post-sales scoping: you’ll understand customer workflows, design and deploy practical solutions, and help turn successful implementations into scalable platform capabilities for enterprise customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering teams, delivering working AI agents and workflow automations

Qualifications

3–6 years of software engineering or related experience.
Customer-facing post-sales engineering experience.
Full-stack development with Python or TypeScript.
Experience with enterprise deployments and customer-facing product work.
Experience building AI/ML automations in production is a plus (LLMs).

Responsibilities

Own customer implementations from requirements gathering through deployment.
Build and ship AI agents and workflow automations, delivering within the same week as customer conversations.
Work with enterprise customers after a sale to scope technical solutions.
Bring customer-specific work into the core platform with scalable features.
Balance customer communication with rapid implementation and focused software development.
