Latitude is seeking a hands-on software engineer who will operate at the intersection of AI, product, and customer implementation within the insurance technology space. You will engage with enterprise brokerages to gather requirements, design AI-powered workflows, and deliver scalable features through rapid iterations.

You’ll work across front-end and back-end codebases in a post-sales context, translating customer needs into practical technical solutions and helping shape platform capabilities

Qualificações

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience scoping and delivering post-sales customer solutions.
• Full-stack capabilities with Python and/or TypeScript.
• US work experience and relevant degree.
• AI/ML automations or insurance/financial services domain is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer engagements from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Build and ship AI agents and workflow automations.
• Understand customer business needs and shape technical solutions.
• Develop across front-end and back-end, reuse learnings into platform features.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to scale improvements.
