Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of SQL: joins, aggregations, and reading query plans.
• Direct communication, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end-to-end at the technical working level.
• Configure Ayama for new customers with system integrations.
• Debug issues, read logs, and file precise root-cause reports.
