TechTree is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive AI solutions for customers by mapping workflows and improving processes. You'll manage customer relationships from initiation to live deployment and ensure impactful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer-facing roles, a background in AI engineering, and proficiency in coding languages like SQL and Python, ensuring a strong impact from day one.

This is a role that TechTree is recruiting for on behalf of one of our clients.

About The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be at the forefront of bringing AI solutions to life for customers. You will map workflows, improve processes, and deploy agents that deliver significant business impact. This role involves end‑to‑end ownership of customer outcomes and relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Embed with customers from kickoff through go‑live and beyond
• Map customer workflows on the platform and prioritize automation and process improvements
• Translate business logic into agent behavior and configure agents against customer systems
• Write integration code and debug live agents in production environments
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders
• Capture reusable patterns and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in roles involving real customer environments, preferably AI‑native
• Background in forward‑deployed engineering, applied AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting
• Hands‑on experience with modern AI tools and frameworks
• Strong systems thinking, process design skills, and familiarity with coding languages like SQL, Python, or JS
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Customer‑obsessed with a bias to ship and high standards
