Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of banking or cash handling experience preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills (including telephone).
• Experienced in customer service in a sales environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily money handling transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Provide quality customer service to all customers and prospective customers.
• Educate customers on products, services, and self-service options.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training related to money handling and basic account management.
• Refer customers to Associates for complex services.
