Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years banking experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (including telephone).
• Ability to operate a computer and software skills required; adding machine preferred.
• Fundamental mathematical ability.
• Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily personal and business account services (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, HSAs) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide quality customer service; greet clients with courtesy and genuine interest.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and promotions to respond to inquiries and refer suitable banking products.
• Provide full-service banking support and educate on self-service options.
• Attend meetings and training related to money handling and account management.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain branch coverage as needed.
