Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately according to policy.
• Assist customers with inquiries in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Perform basic account maintenance tasks and cross-sell services.
• Refer customers to specialists for additional financial goals.
• Educate clients on mobile and online banking, ATM use.
• Support branch team to achieve daily goals and tasks.
• Maintain compliance with laws and bank procedures.
• Open/close the branch following security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
