• Identify referral opportunities to support branch goals.
• Adhere to applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML policy.
• Identify risk and elevate concerns through proper channels.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
• Learn and adapt to changing digital channels.
