Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
Engage in lobby management and address customers' immediate needs.
Process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
Escalate and log complaints; transition sales opportunities to appropriate partners.
Complete branch operations such as cash handling, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
Perform AML/BSA/KYC related activities and maintain compliance controls.
Ensure risk controls and audit points are addressed.
