Responsibilities

• Deepen relationships by listening to customer needs and guiding them to appropriate banking solutions.
• Provide follow-up and resolve customer questions with timely responses.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and act with integrity.
• Refer customers to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations as needed.
• Assist with referrals to Retail products and services and track outcomes.
