Qualifications

• No experience required. Retail experience & farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend product solutions, Add value & appreciate customers.
• Operate cash register/computer and handle cash following procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
