Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will be available for varied shifts, operate the cash register, assist customers with loading purchases, and contribute to merchandising, stock recovery and store safety.

Strong communication, reliability and teamwork are valued in this role across the store.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting ability required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Greet customers, uncover needs, recommend product solutions and add value.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary customer experience.
• Perform merchandising, stock recovery, and basic store maintenance.
• Operate forklift and baler where age appropriate and safe.
