Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to support selling initiatives and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You will greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend solutions while performing store duties such as cash handling, merchandising, and loading purchases.

This role emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude, with opportunities to operate equipment and participate in safety processes. Training and benefits accompany a team-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Reads, writes, and counts accurately.
• Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities: Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge; strong communication and problem solving; basic computer skills; interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer; Uncover Needs & Wonts; Recommend Product Solutions; Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register and handle merchandise and pricing.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and poultry; sanitize and maintain holding tanks.
