Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates and support selling initiatives to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role includes greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, and assisting with loading purchases.

Team Members perform a variety of duties, from operating the cash register to stocking shelves and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Reads, writes, and counts accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs to recommend product solutions.
• Handle cash register operations and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight and merchandising tasks (Plan-o-gram).
• Assemble merchandise, load purchases for customers, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure a Legendary Customer Experience and safe environment for birds.
