Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and build relationships in a fast-changing environment.
• Direct and motivate a diverse team including full- and part-time staff.
• Decisive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with training and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model best-in-class customer service expectations.
• Conduct daily cashier observations for consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor cashiers and assist to keep lines moving.
• Manage the customer service desk and cash office operations.
• Oversee cash office activities and cash handling improvements.
• Assist service desk tasks including returns, rain checks, tobacco sales, and BOP pickups.
• Coordinate service desk supply ordering and inventory.
• Ensure cash register lanes never exceed 3 customers.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and company initiatives.
