Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front End operations including Customer Service, cashier activities, cart retrieval and front-end housekeeping.
• Conduct daily cashier observations to ensure consistent, efficient customer service.
• Check with cashiers and assist to keep lines moving and service quick.
• Manage the customer service desk and cash office operations.
• Perform cash office tasks and improve cash handling processes.
• Assist with service desk activity: returns, rain checks, tobacco sales, BOPI orders.
• Monitor and order customer service supplies; maintain stock levels.
• Ensure lanes never have more than 3 customers and carts retrieved promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and customer service areas.
• Act as final decision maker on cashier empowerment and lane calls; provide training guidance.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
