Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily operations, ensuring on-time service and effective issue resolution for customers across multiple sites.

You will supervise shifts, mentor staff, and interface with customers while working with operations to address issues and improve processes. A background in customer service and logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years in a lead/supervisory/management position required.
• 1-2 years of logistics industry experience preferred.
• Previous customer service and operations background required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the shift and daily activities.
• Provide an interface to the customer and escalate issues as needed.
• Review customer complaints with warehouse/ transportation teams.
• Ensure documentation is completed per guidelines.
• Lead staff to increase productivity and develop associates.
• Plan workloads and forecast volumes to meet targets.
• Collect data for performance measurement and implement action plans.
• Ensure value-added services for customers are delivered.
