Job summary

• Trains and mentors front-end Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates with management.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and safety policies.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and store shrink reduction goals.
• Maintains a clean, organized store environment.
• Partners with management on training needs to improve effectiveness.
• Upholds labor laws and company policies.
