Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its Mall Del Norte store in Laredo, Texas. You will provide a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise, and support customer engagement.

The position requires 0–2 years of related experience, high school or equivalent education, and availability including nights and weekends. Part-time role with eligibility for benefits and company programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience – minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
