Job summary

The role supports the Store Manager and can act in their absence, ensuring quality control and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, interviewing applicants, payroll management, and daily store close-out.

Qualifications

• Resolves customer disputes and complaints to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Guide store operations to deliver a consistent customer experience across production, retail, self-service, and shipping.
• Coach and train team members on assigned shifts, providing feedback and monitoring goals.
• Assist in hiring processes, interview candidates and support Store Manager with staffing decisions.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and daily POS close-out, and manage scheduling and inventory controls.
