Job summary

En Garde Deer Defense is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Broadview Heights, OH to manage customer accounts, schedule services, and support daily operations for a family-owned business in the deer repellent spray space.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate appointments, maintain Gorilla Desk CRM, and assist with invoices while delivering excellent service to clients and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and time-management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Reliable, flexible and adaptable in a growing company.
• Comfortable learning and using technology, including iPhone and Mac computers.
• Proficient in Office 365 Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer phone calls, texts, emails, and online leads within 24 business hours.
• Provide a high level of customer service and effectively communicate with clients.
• Discuss En Garde Deer Defense services with potential customers.
• Schedule free trial sprays and manage customer appointments.
• Maintain customer accounts using Gorilla Desk CRM.
• Assist with invoices, payments, and other administrative tasks.
• Follow established procedures for managing off-season customers.
• Work with management on customer service initiatives and other assigned projects.
