Marshalls At TJX Companies is seeking a store associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience across operations, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. You will ring up purchases, support loyalty programs, maintain a clean, organized store, and participate in safety and shrink-reduction efforts.

This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible schedule and physical activities such as lifting

Responsibilities

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles payments per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery, safety, and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Assist in store cleanliness and overall recovery throughout the day.
