You will stay informed about current promotions, promotions programs, and available services while keeping your work area clean and well stocked. The role emphasizes excellent customer experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency with a computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly assistance.
• Handle merchandise returns and process refunds/exchanges.
• Assist customers with buying decisions and suggest products and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and observe company policies.
• Sells appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses and supports incentive programs.
