Qualifications

• Greet customers and assist with their needs in a friendly manner.

• Operate a computerized POS system and process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on entry and assist with buying decisions.
• Secure firearms in-store with trigger locks as required.
• Check in vendor representatives and manage visitor logs.
• Process merchandise returns and complete refunds/exchanges.
• Promote hunting and fishing license sales and in-store programs.
• Administer incentive and reward programs.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and current promotions.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs, recommending products, and promoting CLUB/VOC/In-Store Pickup.
